SONS Marine & Industrial Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential/light commercial heating and cooling systems. You’ll be the face of our company in the field, helping our customers keep their systems running efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC service/troubleshooting experience.
- License: Must hold an EPA Universal Certification (required for handling refrigerants).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Credentials: An Apprentice Card is highly preferred, but not strictly required if you have the right experience!
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, AC units, etc.).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Clearly explain issues and repair options to customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized company service vehicle and inventory.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry guidelines.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Experience:
- Refrigeration: 3 years (Preferred)
- HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- EPA Refrigeration Certification (Preferred)
