MANDATORY: Professional fluency in BOTH English and Spanish. Portuguese is a strong plus.
Avendano Health is seeking a Florida-licensed MD or DO to become our primary in-office physician and Clinical Program Lead.
This is not a shift-coverage role. You will work directly with ownership to build, lead, and scale our medical programs while helping shape protocols, workflows, patient experience, provider development, and future services.
We want someone who wants to say: “I helped build this.”

Required
Active unrestricted Florida MD/DO license
Professional English + Spanish fluency
Active DEA registration
HRT/TRT and ketamine capability
Florida Qualified Medical Marijuana Physician
USCIS Civil Surgeon designation
Strong outpatient judgment and documentation
Exceptional bedside manner
Comfortable leading and collaborating with NPs/PAs
Malpractice coverage or ability to obtain it
Compensation
45% of eligible collected physician-service revenue. No guaranteed base salary and no artificial earnings ceiling.
Avendano Health provides the clinic, growing patient base, marketing/patient acquisition, scheduling, administrative and clinical support, equipment, systems, and future NP/PA support.
Our laboratory operation has separate physician oversight and is excluded from this compensation structure.
As we grow, this role can expand into greater clinical leadership, provider oversight, program development, and strategic influence.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
