Elite, a simplicity-focused sales and development firm in New York, is seeking an Entry Level Team Member to simplify connectivity with Verizon Fios. In this Full-time customer support role, the Entry Level Team Member will present internet, TV, and phone solutions that are easy to understand and even easier to love. As an Entry Level Team Member, you will be the person who finally explains why unlimited perks should not come with an asterisk. You'll engage with New York customers in person, delivering customer enrollment presentations that clearly communicate the speed, reliability, and value of Verizon Fios. This is a customer role that rewards persistence and the ability to make technology sound exciting.
Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member
- Consult with customers in person to evaluate bandwidth demands and recommend Verizon Fios Internet and TV packages that align with their usage.
- Review existing connectivity, streaming habits, and device usage in person to identify opportunities for Fiber upgrades.
- Present Verizon Fios service tiers, Whole-Home Wi-Fi capabilities, and TV channel options through in-person customer discussions.
- Guide customers personally through account enrollment, address qualification, plan selection, and installation scheduling.
- Explain Fiber performance, network reliability, and available promotions while supporting informed decisions.
- Recommend higher-speed internet tiers and TV packages that improve household connectivity and customer value.
