Adecco is seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Loaders to join our team at Ross in Fort Mill, SC. These immediate openings are vital roles within a modern, climate-controlled distribution center, offering an excellent opportunity to jump-start your career in logistics and warehousing.
As a Loader, your primary responsibilities will include performing physical tasks such as loading cartons, moving pallets, and ensuring the efficient transfer of goods into trailers. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of the facility and provides the chance to work with a leading retail client in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Load cartons and pallets into trailers accurately and efficiently.
Use radio frequency (RF) guns to ensure precise inventory handling.
Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, and team lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
Work safely around moving conveyors and sorting equipment.
Qualifications:
Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and lift objects up to 75 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Comfort with working around conveyor systems and warehouse machinery.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and overtime as needed.
Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required.

Pay Details: $17.50 to $20.50 per hour
