AZ Home Inspection Services is one of Arizona's growing home inspection companies, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated professional to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential home inspections throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Deliver accurate, detailed, and professional inspection reports.
- Communicate findings clearly with clients, agents, and builders.
- Perform ancillary inspection services when qualified.
- Represent AZ Home Inspection Services with professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in relationship-building with real estate professionals and referral partners.
- Help establish and maintain the high standards our company is known for.
Minimum Qualifications
- Arizona BTR Licensed Home Inspector (Required)
- Minimum five (5) years of Arizona home inspection experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Arizona OPM (Wood-Destroying Organism/Termite) License
- Experience performing sewer scope inspections
- Experience with pool/spa inspections
- Drone certification
- Mold or indoor air quality experience
- Existing relationships within the Arizona real estate community
- Business development or networking experience
Compensation
- $90,000–$140,000+ annual earning potential
- Competitive performance-based commission structure
