Job Title: Server/Bartender
Job Location: 6361 Promenade Parkway, Castle Rock, CO 80108
Job Type: Full-time - 33-40 hours per week, weekends and Sundays are a must
Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of serving in fine dining restaurants
Total Compensation: $11.79/hour plus tips, (Tips may average $25 - $50/hour)

The Role:
Our Servers and Bartenders are polished, professional, classy and work with our guests to ensure the perfect experience upon their arrival. Job Responsibilities:
- Bartenders will start at Servers and work their way up. This gives you the knowledge of our systems and menu as our bartenders must be equipped for high volume.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment, and stay calm and collected under pressure
- Be a tour-guide to our guests to create a service experience
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years serving experience required
- Knowledge of your liquor, beers and wine a must
- Must have a friendly, professional and outgoing attitude, and be team oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional and polished appearance required
- Extreme attention to detail and anticipating guest's needs

Physical:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity of commonly found restaurant equipment items.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment which may require long hours.
- Tolerating extreme temperatures due to inclement weather and working inside and outside the restaurant.
- Exposed to high temperatures with heat and oil.
