Help Build a Premier OCD & Anxiety Treatment Program
Recovery Ways is seeking an experienced ERP & Mental Health Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This unique role combines specialized treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders with a diverse behavioral health caseload across our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and General Outpatient Program (GOP).
Approximately half of your caseload will focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), while the remainder will provide evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

What You'll Do
- ERP Specialty Care (Approximately 50%)
- Conduct assessments for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders.
- Provide individual ERP therapy.
- Lead ERP-focused groups and psychoeducation.
- Develop individualized exposure hierarchies and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, behavioral health technicians, and families.
- Monitor outcomes using evidence-based assessment tools.
- Serve as a clinical resource on ERP and anxiety treatment.
Behavioral Health Therapy (Approximately 50%)
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Treat patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
- Complete timely clinical documentation.
- Support program development and quality improvement initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Current or license-eligible LCSW, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, LMFT, AMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
- Advanced training and demonstrated competency in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
- Experience providing ERP in both individual and group settings.
- Strong knowledge of OCD, anxiety disorders, and evidence-based treatment.
Preferred
- Experience in Residential, PHP, or IOP settings.
- Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Experience mentoring or consulting with other clinicians.
