Salary: Starting at $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

Who you are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience in commercial maintenance
- Knowledge of Mechanical equipment and HVAC systems
- Intermediate experience in the various trades required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Must possess a valid California driver’s license
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician II must be able to perform basic maintenance in most trades and demonstrate specialized skill in mechanical and plumbing preventative maintenance. This is a journey-level position.
Essential Job Duties
- Performs skilled preventative maintenance in mechanical and plumbing.
- Performs skilled building and equipment repairs.
- Performs basic skilled maintenance duties in drywall, carpentry, electrical, locksmith, low voltage (fire, security), and appliance repair.
- Maintains all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition.
- Prioritizes all work in the order set by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Participates in all drills and in-service meetings, as assigned.
- Participates in the 24-hour on-call program to including occasional weekend and night work.
- Participates in emergency drills and acts as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
Performs any other duties as assigned.

Starting at $20/hr. - $32.00/hr. depending upon experience and certification
