Local area lawn and landscaping company looking for a lawn care worker , that is hard-working, detail oriented and employees with lawn care experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, traditional lawn care services-cutting, trimming, edging, weed eating, blowing, driving mowers, etc. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, planting flowers, small trees, bushes, pine straw removal & application, flower beds, removal of weeds & debris, etc. Duties also include maintenance of lawn care equipment, ability to drive truck with trailer and ability to work in a team centered environment or independently if needed. General knowledge of yard maintenance is needed and attention to details. Workers meet at shop in Grand Ridge, FL daily to disburse to work site locations in Calhoun, Jackson, Gadsden county, as well as, Dothan. Most work sites are located in Marianna, FL. Pay is based on overall experience, knowledge and performance. Looking for honest and drug free employees to provide quality lawn & landscaping work. Employee must be a self-motivated, detail oriented, efficient, and able to follow directions. Must hold a valid driver's license and have your own transportation to and from work shop. Constant call ins and irresponsible behavior is not accepted. Only serious applicants need apply that are ready to work. Friendly work environments with supportive guidance by a "hands on" employer. Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, handle equipment, etc. Must have relevant experience.
