Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home roofing consultations with homeowners
- Perform roof inspections and assess project needs
- Present roofing solutions and explain project scope, products, and benefits
- Build trust and educate homeowners throughout the decision-making process
- Close sales and secure signed agreements
- Develop relationships with homeowners, referral partners, and local communities
- Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and canvassing efforts
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication throughout the sales cycle
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial consultation through project completion
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roofing sales, storm restoration, or home improvement sales preferred
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve performance goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly competitive
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license
