We are a family owned-operated Exclusive Allstate Agency since 2010. We are currently looking for a Licensed Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to join our office in Griffith, Indiana. We pride ourselves on friendly service and ethical business practices. We want a person with a positive attitude, that works well with others, has the ability to multi-task among different computer programs at once while helping a customer. Also, someone who considers themselves a coachable person.
An Indiana and/or Illinois P&C license is required to perform this job.
Major Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming service-related phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
- Assist all customers (over the phone or in person) with their policies, such as endorsements, cancellations, rewrites, claims and more.
- Call customers for their policy renewals, payment reminders, and late bills.
- Assist the 3 sales representatives with telemarketing and other tasks, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
