We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead a portfolio of technology initiatives for a machinery manufacturing organization in Warren, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:
- Direct multiple concurrent IT initiatives involving network infrastructure, facility technology upgrades, and business software readiness activities
- Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party vendors to keep project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies on track
- Oversee networking-related work such as structured cabling efforts, equipment cabinet relocation, infrastructure layout validation, and documentation updates
- Support vendor evaluation and implementation planning for digital signage and conference room technology enhancements
- Lead network coverage and connectivity assessment activities across buildings, partnering with IT staff and outside providers to identify needs and action plans
- Manage the onboarding and configuration planning required to connect an older facility into the broader network environment
- Work alongside a parallel project lead to prepare for an upcoming enterprise application upgrade and associated cloud-based rollout activities
- Provide project oversight for data quality improvement efforts and help transition planning into future data migration workstreams

- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects that involve infrastructure, networking, software implementation, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, with the ability to oversee technical work without serving as the hands-on engineer

- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery practices and broader project management methodologies
- PMP certification preferred or equivalent project leadership background
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project tracking tools for planning, issue management, and reporting
