Great care isn't just a job—it's a calling. We want to invest in you.
If you have a natural heart for people, a strong work ethic, and the drive to make a difference, this is where your career takes off.
At Gardens Care Senior Living, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional culture. Every great senior living community relies on a strong foundation: dedicated Caregivers, QMAPs, and CNAs who bring warmth, care, and a reassuring presence to our residents every single day.
Whether you are an experienced caregiver, a certified CNA, a practicing QMAP, or someone eager to step into senior care for the first time, we provide the training, certifications, and supportive environment you need to succeed and grow.
Why You’ll Love Building Your Career Here
We don't just hire people; we launch careers and back our team with the culture, support, and practical perks required to thrive:
- Certification Assistance: As a training company, we don't expect you to have every credential on day one. We actively assist you in obtaining your Colorado QMAP qualification, CPR/First Aid, and additional industry credentials while you work.
- Comprehensive Healthcare: Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance options (we pay 50% of your base medical plan cost).
- Financial Flexibility: Earned wage access (pay-on-demand), giving you access to your earned income whenever you need it without waiting for payday.
- Complete Protection: Optional supplemental accident, hospital indemnity, and life insurance policies, plus access to a basic legal plan.
- Work-Life Peace of Mind: Fully compliant paid leave accrual under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).
Invested in Your Growth: The Gardens Care Career Pathway
We don't just hire for today—we build future healthcare leaders. Through our structured Employee Growth Program, you receive the support, training, and clear pathways needed to fast-track your career:
- Guided Onboarding: Paid orientation plus dedicated on-floor shadowing before working independently.
- Structured Support: 30/60/90-day growth check-ins and monthly Leadership Luncheons designed to support your development and confidence.
- On-Shift Skill Bumps: Complete voluntary Relias specialty courses (Dementia, Medication, Caregiver Expert) to qualify for wage increases/promotion consideration at your next review.
- CNA Career Track: High-performing team members can receive a formal recommendation for CNA certification program, unlocking higher earning tiers.
- Fast-Track Internal Promotions: We hire our leaders from within! Clear, direct promotion tracks take you from Caregiver/QMAP to Lead QMAP, Assistant Manager, Administrator Designee in Training, Administrator Designee, and even Executive Leadership.
How You’ll Make an Impact
No two days are identical, and that is what makes direct resident care so rewarding. In this role, you will:
- Champion Resident Well-Being: Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring personal care, mobility support, and dining assistance are delivered with dignity.
- Support Care (QMAP/CNA): Safely administer medications, take vital signs, and maintain precise documentation according to state guidelines.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Bring warmth and active engagement to our residents' daily routines, creating a true sense of home.
- Keep Operations Smooth: Partner on safety protocols, infection control, and keeping resident environments clean and welcoming.
- Lead From the Front: Work side-by-side with your team, stepping up whenever an extra hand is needed to support our community.
What We’re Looking For
If you do not check every box below, we still encourage you to apply. We hire for heart, potential, and empathy, and we are ready to train the right person:
- Background & Certifications: Active Colorado QMAP, CNA license, or prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. A genuine willingness to learn and complete state-approved certification courses upon hire is welcomed!
- Core Skills: Strong communication instincts, patience, reliability, and basic comfort with English (essential for documenting care, state compliance reporting, and handling emergency communications).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently throughout an active shift, as well as assist with resident transfers.
