As a member of our team, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing personalized, one-on-one care that promotes independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one, non-medical care for elderly clients in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Provide companionship through conversation, games, hobbies, walks, and meaningful engagement.
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
- Provide transportation to appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and social outings when appropriate.
- Assist with medication reminders according to each client's care plan.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental well-being.
- Document daily care and communicate professionally with supervisors and family members.
- Ensure every client is treated with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion.

- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
- Able to adapt to each client's individual needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Home Health Aide is preferred but not required.
- Experience caring for seniors, individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, hospice clients, or individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
