We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Lead Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations on weekends while working as a housekeeper during weekdays. This role ensures guest rooms and public areas meet our high cleanliness standards while supporting and guiding the housekeeping team.
Responsibilities:
Weekend Lead Duties (Saturday & Sunday):

Supervise housekeeping staff during weekend shifts.

Assign rooms and tasks to housekeeping team members.

Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure quality and brand standards.

Assist front desk with room status updates.

Ensure supplies and linens are stocked for the team.
Weekday Housekeeping Duties:

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities.

Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms.

Report maintenance issues or damages.

Maintain cleanliness in hallways and public areas.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:

Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.

Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and able to work weekends.
Schedule:

Weekends: Lead Housekeeper.

Weekdays: Housekeeping Attendant.
Job Specifications:

Start time is 8 AM.

Wednesday-Sunday (weekends required).

Hourly wage is negotiable. Based on experience.
