Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of short order dishes efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Follow standardized recipes and menu specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout your shift.
- Serve food promptly to guests, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment, especially in fast-paced settings.
- Strong culinary experience with excellent food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Experience with meal preparation, catering, or fine dining is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
