Part-Time Medication Partner/Caregiver
Riverview Terrace is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Part-Time Medication Partner/Caregiver to join our team in our 15-apartment Residential Care Facility (RCF) licensed Personal Care Wing.

Position Requirements
- Must be available to work all shifts as needed:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night (NOC) Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Must have open availability with no restrictions on days of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience passing medications in an Assisted Living or Residential Care Facility (RCF) is preferred.
- Current caregiver and medication aide certifications (or ability to obtain if required by state regulations).
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and complete required documentation.
- Assist residents with mobility, hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meal support.
- Provide companionship while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.
- Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding resident care and medication administration.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medication Aide, Medication Partner, Caregiver, or Med Tech preferred.
- Experience in Assisted Living, Residential Care Facilities, Memory Care, or Senior Care is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of dementia care and person-centered care practices is a plus.
- Experience with EMR/EHR documentation preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently.

- Caregiving: 1 year preferred
