What You’ll Do:
-
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to students and families
-
Coordinate treatment plans and provide case management services
-
Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and community partners
-
Deliver mental health education and support services
-
Maintain clinical documentation and meet caseload expectations
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
-
Licensed to provide therapy in Maryland or willing to transfer licensure
-
Active Maryland licensure: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, PhD, or PsyD
-
Preferred 2+ years of psychotherapy or mental health experience
-
Strong organizational and documentation skills
-
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work as part of a treatment team

Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is a plus
-
Comfort using electronic health records (EHR preferred)
*Salary reflects estimated base pay for a full-time, fully licensed (LC) school-based therapist and includes potential bonuses. Compensation may increase based on experience.*
