The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth by generating new commercial sales opportunities.
In this role, you'll connect with facility managers, property managers, building owners, and business leaders throughout Northeast Ohio to introduce All Hours Mechanical's commercial HVAC and refrigeration services and schedule meetings for our Outside Sales Representatives.
This is a high-energy, performance-driven role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business.

What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting to commercial businesses throughout Northeast Ohio
- Make approximately 80-120 outbound calls daily
- Identify and engage key decision-makers
- Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
- Navigate gatekeepers and handle objections professionally
- Build and maintain prospect relationships through phone, email, and CRM activity
- Accurately track activity and opportunities within CRM systems
- Consistently achieve call, conversation, and appointment-setting goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, or call center environments preferred
Experience in payroll services, telecom, copier sales, staffing, insurance, SaaS, uniform services, or other outbound sales environments is highly valued.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance incentives based on appointments generated and qualified opportunities created.
