We are seeking a passionate and energetic Dog Groomer to join our team! Must have at least one year of grooming experience working in a shop and have your own equipment

- Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, clipping, and styling to meet client specifications and breed standards
- Handle dogs with care and confidence, ensuring safe animal restraint and gentle handling throughout grooming procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, including proper sanitation of tools and work areas
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and provide professional advice on pet coat styling and maintenance
- Assist with pet care routines such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat conditioning to promote overall health and hygiene
- Manage animal handling during grooming sessions, ensuring safety for both pets and staff while adhering to animal restraint protocols
Skills
- Proven experience in pet grooming with a focus on coat styling and pet care techniques
- Knowledge of dog handling, animal restraint, and safe grooming practices
- Familiarity with animal handling across different species such as dogs, cats,
- Strong communication skills for engaging with pet owners about grooming needs and animal health concerns
- Ability to perform pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other basic animal care tasks with precision
