We are looking for a hands-on Technical Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of prototype development, solution design, and process optimization. This role requires a highly execution-focused individual who can leverage modern AI tools, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive programs end-to-end with strong follow-through.

- Lead end-to-end program execution from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met
- Build and iterate rapid prototypes (PoCs/MVPs) to validate ideas and solutions
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier) to enhance productivity and decision-making
- Eliminate redundancies across workflows, tools, and processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams
- Track progress, follow up proactively, and ensure strong execution discipline
- Document processes and maintain clarity using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
- 5–10 years of experience in technical program management / solutioning / consulting
- Proven experience in building prototypes or MVPs (hands-on mindset)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Digitally native with strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI/ML-driven projects or digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms
- Background in cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud)
- Certifications in program/project management (PMP, Scrum, etc.)
