Embroidery Production Associate – Key Job Duties
- Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Hoop, align, and prepare garments and materials for embroidery.
- Load embroidery files/designs and verify correct thread colors, sizing, and placement.
- Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production to ensure products meet company standards.
- Trim jump threads, clean finished products, and prepare items for packaging or the next production step.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and notify leadership of equipment problems.
- Maintain thread inventory, needles, backing, and other embroidery supplies.
- Keep work area, machines, and tools clean and organized while following 5S and safety standards.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality and minimizing waste.
- Cross-train and assist in other production or warehouse areas as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous embroidery or textile production experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Basic computer skills for operating embroidery software and production systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
