As a Midnite Sun Rejuvenation team member, you’ll help clients find their glow and grow their confidence! Whether it’s for a special occasion, maintaining that everyday glow, getting ready for vacation or improving wellness you will educate clients on the best tanning,spa and wellness options, so they will look and feel their best. Because when you look good, you feel great!
Responsibilities:
- Create relationships with clients and provide superior customer service
-Sell and service memberships, packages and Lotions to clients
- General cleaning and sanitizing duties
- ability to multi task
- Loves all things tanning, Spray Tanning and Red light- must be willing to be and look tan.
Experience:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels- not afraid to initiate conversations
- Motivated to earn bonus based on sales
- Available to work during open hours of operation-
- Management - Must be available nights and weekends
- Monday-Friday 9-8, Sat 9-6 and Sun 10-6
- Management works 38-40 plus per week
- Part Time Tanning Consultants work 12-30 hours per week
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate depending on experience and Part Time versus Full time
