One thing to be clear about up front: this is hands-on work. You're in the attic every day, tools in hand, working alongside your installer, not managing from the driveway. Phoenix attics in summer are demanding, even with our early starts. If you're looking for a supervisory role away from the work, this isn't the job. Systematic Attic is a Phoenix attic insulation and duct performance company built to grow fast, and we have the resources to do it. We're adding crews as fast as we find the right people, and the people who get in early become the foremen and trainers of this company. We'd rather promote the person who started in the attic than hire a stranger over them.
You run the job, you own the customer relationship, and you help build the crews that come behind you.
What you'll do:
- Run jobs start to finish: insulation removal, blown-in install, air sealing, and duct cleaning
- Pick up new service lines as we roll them out
- Be the face of the company on site: confirm scope with the homeowner, walk the job, set expectations
- Keep equipment running and job sites clean
- Train and lead installers as we add crews
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years hands-on experience with attic insulation, air sealing, or duct work (doing the work, not managing it)
- Comfortable talking with homeowners and representing the company professionally
- Reliable, on time, and takes ownership of the job
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to work in attics in Phoenix heat and lift 50+ lbs
The basics: full-time, year-round work, 40-45 hours a week in season. Summers we start early, 4:30-6:00 AM, so you're out of the attic before the worst of the heat. Paid sick time, paid holidays, uniforms and gear on us, paid training.
Pay: $26-32/hr base depending on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses tied to safety, customer feedback, and reliability that meaningfully increase total earnings. Clear path to foreman and beyond as we scale.
