Job Summary

Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Conduct janitorial duties across multiple areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Execute floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine flooring surfaces.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting (residential or commercial), and equipment upkeep.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, buffers, extractors, and industrial cleaning tools.
- Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any facility issues or safety concerns promptly.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment for effective sanitation.
- Experience with residential or commercial painting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently.
