What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine, friendly interactions
- Prepare made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and menu items according to recipes
- Take customer orders and operate the register accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Complete opening, closing, and shift responsibilities
- Stock, prep, and rotate products using FIFO methods
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods
- Help maintain the fun, positive culture Cheba Hut is known for
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 47 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work with meats, cheeses, breads, vegetables, and sauces
