Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service from seating to farewell.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Support other team members by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and helping with food preparation when needed.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations.

Pay: $11.00 - $27.00 per hour
