A&P Team Leadership is seeking motivated, dependable, and coachable individuals interested in building a career in the financial services industry. In this role, you will help individuals and families better understand financial protection, life insurance, and other financial concepts so they can make informed decisions about their future.
Previous financial-services experience is not required. Training, mentorship, and guidance through the licensing process are provided. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with people, and developing professionally.
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to discuss their financial needs and goals
- Educate clients about available financial products and services
- Help clients understand options for protecting their income and family
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
- Maintain professional and ethical standards
- Work toward obtaining and maintaining all required licenses
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- No previous experience required
- Financial-services licensing is not required to apply

Compensation
This is an independent contractor position with commission-based compensation. Additional details regarding licensing, compensation, and position expectations will be discussed during the interview.
