Job Summary
We're seeking compassionate and dependable behavioral health professionals to provide short-term, mobile crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in their homes and communities.
As a Community Stabilization Clinician, you'll help individuals remain safely in the community by providing assessment, crisis intervention, stabilization, care coordination, and connection to ongoing services—reducing the need for hospitalization or other higher levels of care. Community Stabilization (DMAS S9482) is a Virginia Medicaid-funded, 24/7 crisis service focused on recovery in the least restrictive environment.

Qualifications
- Respond to behavioral health crises in homes and community settings.
- Complete comprehensive behavioral health and risk assessments.
- Develop individualized crisis stabilization and safety plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis de-escalation.
- Collaborate with families, hospitals, CSBs, law enforcement, schools, and community partners.
- Coordinate referrals and connect individuals with ongoing behavioral health services.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation.
- Participate in rotating on-call and crisis response schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Virginia DMAS, DBHDS, Medicaid, and agency requirements.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
