Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain concrete pump trucks, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
- Set up and connect hoses for concrete placement.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the pump, hoses, and related equipment.
- Conduct light maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, crew members, and concrete delivery personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A or B) and DOT Med Card required.
- Clean driving record with no preventable DOT accidents in the last 36 months.
- Previous concrete pump operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
- Strong understanding of concrete properties and placement techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
