Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time role responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing shipping personnel, quality control, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
We are seeking someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn and grow. Over time, this individual will contribute across the full spectrum of operations—from optimizing warehouse processes to supporting hands-on production.
This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week) dedicated to supporting inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, planting plants, inventory management, and quality control.
- Lead warehouse staff to meet productivity goals while maintaining a positive team environment.
- Oversee inventory management processes using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with the supervisor from the selling department to ensure full staffing and a optimized workflow for timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Keep a overview on what needs to be done and delegate accordingly
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Four years’ warehouse experience
- Four years leadership experience
- Experience working within e-commerce or 3PL (third-party logistics) environments is highly desirable.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
