JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fair Future Initiative Co-op Inc. is seeking temporary canvassers to raise awareness about the importance of voting. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging people in high-traffic areas and community hotspots
- Registering new voters and providing nonpartisan voter information
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to stand and/or walk for up to 5.5 hours per day
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Experience engaging with diverse communities
- Goal-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- High integrity and strong work ethic
- Access to a dependable vehicle is a plus but not required
COMPENSATION
- $22 - $27 per hour plus gas cards for drivers.
SCHEDULE
- Up to 37.5 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- 12:00PM – 7:30 PM
- No Holidays
