Responsibilities
Manufacture ice cream utilizing ice cream production and packing equipment.
Maintain counts and monitor usage of ingredients, ice cream mix, and packaging materials.
Retrieve stock from warehouse as needed.
Pre-op equipment set-ups and post-op sanitation.
Clean and maintain work areas.
Overtime and/or weekends as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Related experience is preferred.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong math skills.
Good computer/internet skills.
Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and SQF policies.
