Position Overview
The Intake RN plays a key role in the admissions process, ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate evaluation of incoming patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for incoming patients

Initiate and document individualized care plans

Provide professional nursing care in alignment with hospital policies and standards

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations

Delegate tasks and supervise support staff
-
Collaborate with physicians, intake clinicians, and behavioral health teams to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications

ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
-
Active Arizona RN license (required)

Must be 21 years of age or older
-
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
-
Eligible for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

Mid Shift: Week 1 – Thursday, Friday,Saturday 12pm to 1230am, Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday,Friday 12pm to 1230am. Rotates this way every other week.
