Bilingual Operations Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality control, and workplace safety. This role leads operational teams, manages labor and budgets, maintains customer satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement across operational processes and systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage personnel, equipment, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee overall operational performance and daily business activities
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations at all times
- Lead, direct, and support operational staff and supervisors
- Develop and improve operational procedures, systems, and workflows
- Serve as a company representative on operational and regulatory matters
- Implement and maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- Analyze workflows, staffing, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency
- Conduct facility walk-throughs and quality control inspections
Team Management
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Schedule, assign, and direct employee workloads
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary
- Foster employee engagement, retention, and professional development
- Communicate company policies, expectations, and operational updates
Financial & Budget Management
- Manage operational budgets and labor costs
- Forecast operational requirements and control expenditures
- Monitor revenues, profitability, and operational performance metrics
- Analyze variances and implement corrective actions as needed
- Review and approve operational invoices and vendor expenses
Customer & Vendor Relations
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve service-related issues, complaints, and operational concerns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations
- Manage relationships with vendors, equipment providers, and subcontractors
- Track vendor pricing, service levels, and rebate opportunities
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a safe, injury-free work environment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety regulations
- Report and document workplace incidents and accidents promptly
- Promote and support company health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with safety and HR teams on compliance and employee matters
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Oversee equipment maintenance, rentals, and operational readiness
- Coordinate with inventory teams to optimize equipment utilization
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reduce unnecessary rental expenses

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
