About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our practice on a part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a close-knit healthcare team.
No prior eye care experience needed-we provide all the training.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Welcome patients and assist with check-in/check-out
- Maintain patient records, orders and other administrative tasks-medical billing
- Perform pre-testing and diagnostic imaging (training provided)

Hours of operation:
Monday–Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM*
- Negotiable for part-time position
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
