Life Visions is seeking a self-directed professional to be responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and administration of programs. Responsibilities will include working collaboratively as a team to increase the quality of programs and working closely with families and funding sources.
This is a full time salaried position requiring experience working with behavioral supports, and providing supervision, support, and training to direct support staff. Candidates must have a skills, the ability to handle multiple demands, effectively problem solve, work well collaboratively as a team and respect for the needs of families.
This position is demanding and requires flexibility in order to meet the needs of the people we support and the Direct Support Professional team. On-call coverage on a rotating schedule is required. All candidates must have and maintain a clean criminal background, clean driving record, have a reliable clean and registered vehicle and adequate insurance.
