The Call Center Representative responsible for delivering exceptional member service through multiple channels, including phone, video, and digital communication. Provides assistance with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution in a prompt and courteous manner. Supports members with interactive teller machine (ITM) services, cross-selling products and services, and ensures that each interaction reflects the Credit Union’s commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and member satisfactions.
Member Support & Transactions
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist with account questions, transactions, payments, and Credit Union products.
- Provide accurate information on policies and services while identifying cross‑sell opportunities.
- Perform account updates (address changes, stop payments, check orders) and process transfers and payments via phone or ITM.
- Deliver real‑time ITM service with on‑camera professionalism.
Issue Resolution, Compliance & Security
- Research and resolve member issues, discrepancies, and documentation errors.
- Escalate complex matters to management when needed.
- Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including BSA.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and secure handling of member information.
Teamwork, Professional Development & Workspace Standards
- Support team members and collaborate across departments.
- Participate in training, meetings, and coaching to improve service and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in team environments.
Working Conditions
- Office‑based, sedentary role with standard hours.
- Frequent computer and phone use; repetitive motions.
- Occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
- Must multitask effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism.
- Adequate vision and hearing required.
