CANYON SPRINGS | MAINTENANCE MANAGER | $26 pr/hr
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and oversee their daily activities
- Fabricate and repair equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers, mechanical systems, and industrial machinery
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Ability to fabricate and repair equipment using various tools and techniques
- Knowledge of logic controllers and their programming
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
