We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support the Controller in overseeing the daily accounting operations of our organization. This role will serve as a key member of the accounting leadership team, managing the day-to-day accounting functions while ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient accounting processes.

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and cash management.

Lead the monthend and yearend close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries.

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Coordinate external audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.

Review and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Supervise and develop accounting staff, providing coaching and performance management.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Experience managing monthend close and financial reporting processes.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Ability to pass preemployment screenings including background check, drug screening, and MVR (if applicable).

Experience with multientity or multisubsidiary ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc. a plus

This position will work at the corporate office.

Must be able to maintain a flexible fulltime schedule including working some evenings and weekends.

Hours of work include, but are not limited to, the hours of operation. Current hours of operation are 7days a week, 7:30am9pm, closing only December 25th. Typical corporate office hours are Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm.
