Great spaces consider acoustics. As the North American partner of BASWA acoustic, we bring innovative, sustainable, seamless acoustical systems, and the support to specify them, to the architectural, engineering, and construction industries. We're seeking a NYC-based Sales Growth Lead to join our sales team.
This person will create high-leverage tools using AI to execute lead-generation growth experiments and top of funnel automations that make all of it scale. They will own the early stages of the pipeline: generating, researching, qualifying, and warming leads through cold outreach, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, and website content.
This role collaborates directly with the General Manager/Marketing Director on strategy, channels, and content. Day one, they need to be capable of building automations and bring an educational, consultative style.
Base salary dependent on experience. Performance-based commission introduced following 6 months of employment. Full-time, hybrid schedule — 2–3 days/week in a shared NYC office.
Your day-to-day:
- Handle inbound — respond to warm and hot leads fast, qualify them, and keep them moving.
- Generate new commercial and residential leads through focused research and cold outreach by phone and email.
- Run paid social — build, run, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
- Create site content that turns visitors into leads, in partnership with the Marketing Director.
- Build the engine — design and ship AI-assisted tools, automations, and workflows that streamline research, outreach, ad operations, and follow-up.
- Own pipeline reporting.
- Hand qualified, well-researched opportunities to the Sales Director and senior reps with context and a recommended next step.
- Follow up on assigned projects in CRM to progress projects through the sales pipeline, tee-ing up senior sales team.
About you:
- Above all, you are an exceptional, natural communicator, written and verbal, and are polished and credible as the first point of contact.
- You approach sales as an educator, guiding and supporting architectural teams' understanding of product offerings.
- You have built and shipped automations, workflows, or tools — using AI — that produced a real result. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to show what you built and what changed because of it. (An example is required in the application, and a short practical exercise is part of the process.)
- You are analytical and results-motivated, driven by hitting the lead goal, and you read the data to get there.
- You are comfortable owning top-of-funnel work — cold outreach, paid social, content, and inbound.
- You are curious and moldable — eager to learn an industry and a product deeply.
- You enjoy organizing information to find what's working.
- You are NYC-based, and able to work from a shared office 2–3 days/week.
Your education and experience includes:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience working in lead-generation, preferably with the architectural/design community or B2C sales.
- Experience in one or more of: outreach-driven sales, demand generation or paid social (Meta a plus), content or copywriting
- A track record of building tools, automations, or workflows that measurably improved how work was done
- Continued education relevant to sales, soft-skill development, and/or construction industry trends.
What’s in it for you:
- Work in a small but powerful team, reporting directly to the General Manager.
- An early seat on a small, growing team. You will have real ownership instead of a long ladder. You'll build the lead engine, own it, and grow your scope and your earnings as the results come in.
- Encouragement to have opinions, identify strategies, bring ideas and contribute in a significant way.
- Be a part of a passionate, energetic team working on innovative and award-winning architectural projects.
How to apply:
- Send your resume.
- Show us one thing you've built that produced a result — an automation, workflow, tool, or campaign made with AI. Paste a link (Loom, doc, live tool, repo, etc.) and tell us in 3-5 sentences what it did and what changed.
