Qualifications
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
✅ Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising
✅ Experience using DealerCenter CRM
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
✅ Experience maintaining payment logs and customer records
✅ Familiarity with insurance vehicle paperwork
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Create and manage vehicle advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Take photos and videos of inventory for marketing
- Respond to online leads and customer inquiries
- Update and maintain Dealer Center CRM records
- Track customer payments and maintain accurate payment logs
- Use Excel to organize reports, spreadsheets, and dealership records
- Process and organize insurance-related vehicle documentation
- Assist with daily office and dealership operations
