Position Summary
Lexi Brands LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator to support the President and Vice President of Sales. This position plays an important role in maintaining customer relationships, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support to the Vice President of Sales.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding orders, pricing, and product information.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, spreadsheets, and customer reports.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding requests and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and developing strong relationships.
- Support trade shows, customer meetings, and special projects.
- Work closely with team members to help achieve company sales goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems, Shopify, HubSpot, or CRM software is a plus.
- Experience in the housewares, kitchenware, or consumer products industry is a plus.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or college coursework is a plus.
- Microsoft Office certification is a plus.
