Job Summary
Līhu‘e Townhouse is seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Maintenance / Groundskeeper to assist with basic routine maintenance and general upkeep of a 4-story residential condominium building. This is an entry-level position. No prior maintenance experience is required; training will be provided.
This position works under the direction of the Līhu‘e Townhouse Resident Manager and focuses on keeping common areas clean, orderly, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to work under supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs regularly
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (but not required)
- Any prior cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance experience.
- Any prior experience working around residential properties.
