Position Overview:
The Estimator / Scheduler plays a key role in supporting our estimating team by organizing project information, maintaining bid schedules, ensuring timely communication with our customers, and providing accurate project quotations as you develop with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from contractors, owners and architects regarding upcoming projects
- Download project specifications, drawings, and addenda from platforms such as Procore, BuildingConnected, and other construction management sites
- Organize project documents and distribute relevant information within the team's shared filing system
- Enter and maintain project information within our estimating calendar and bid tracking system
- Review project addenda and identify important changes to specifications and drawings
- Assist the estimating team with administrative and project support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Estimating or scheduling experience is preferred but not required
