Videographer / Content Creator (On-Site Construction Project)

We are looking for a creative and motivated Videographer / Content Creator to join our team on a major industrial project in Indianapolis. This is a unique opportunity to document a large-scale project from start to finish while creating professional marketing content that showcases our people, projects, and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video and photography of daily construction activities.
- Film installation crews, equipment, project milestones, and completed work.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Produce daily, weekly, and final project recap videos.
- Interview team members and document key project milestones.
- Edit footage into polished, professional videos for marketing, recruiting, and client communications.
- Organize and maintain project media files and digital assets.
- Collaborate with project managers and MTLI’s marketing team to execute content plans.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, microphones, drones (if licensed), and lighting equipment.
- Follow all site safety policies and PPE requirements while working on active construction sites.
Qualifications
- Experience with professional videography and photography.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong storytelling, composition, and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in industrial and construction environments.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis project site.
- FAA Part 107 Drone License is an asset but not required.
- Experience creating social media and marketing content is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 per hour (USD).
- 44 hours per week.
