We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact every day.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, with ours worked between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with ability to flex work hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct occupational therapy services through individual and group sessions
- Implementing treatment plans and goals outlined in student IEPs
- Supporting the development of social, sensory, fine motor, and executive functioning skills
- Collaborating with teachers, behavior specialists, speech therapists, music therapists, and other team members
- Assisting with evaluations and documenting student progress
- Communicating regularly with the supervising OTR regarding treatment recommendations and outcomes
- Supporting occupational therapy needs across educational and residential settings
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- DPI certification preferred but not required
- Passion for helping children with developmental, behavioral, and cognitive challenges
