Join our dynamic team as an After School Enrichment Instructor for the Young CEO Club, where your enthusiasm and leadership will inspire young minds to develop essential skills in entrepreneurship, teamwork, and leadership. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to engage children in meaningful activities that foster creativity, confidence, and critical thinking. As a vital part of our youth development programs, you will create a positive, safe, and engaging environment that encourages growth and exploration after school hours.
HOURS:
Shifts Available Monday-Friday, 1:45-3:35 and 2:45-4:45. Please do not apply if you're unable to work at least one of these times weekly.
Duties
- Facilitate engaging and age-appropriate activities focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal development for children in the Young CEO Club.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management strategies to ensure a respectful and productive environment.
- Implement youth group activity facilitation techniques to promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain safety protocols including first aid procedures, CPR certification standards, and AED operation to respond promptly to emergencies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan curriculum content that aligns with youth development goals and educational standards.
- Monitor individual progress and provide encouragement to foster confidence and leadership qualities among participants.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings is highly preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills combined with knowledge of behavior management strategies.
- Certification in first aid, CPR, and AED operation required or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
- Background in education or childhood development is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead youth activities with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching young children and fostering their growth through creative activities.

Pay: $22.32 - $24.89 per hour
