Grace Performance is seeking an experienced Powersports Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills across motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, snowmobiles, and related equipment. Michigan Motorcycle Mechanic certification (Master Motorcycle Mechanic) is preferred. Factory certifications (Honda, Kawasaki, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Arctic Cat, KTM, or similar) are a plus but not required if you have solid hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs, PWCs, snowmobiles, etc.)
- Perform complex mechanical, electrical, fuel system, and drivetrain repairs
- Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI), assembly, and accessory installations
- Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with the service team and advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Mentor less experienced technicians and support ongoing shop efficiency
- Participate in manufacturer training (including off-site) as needed
- Assist with customer pick-ups/deliveries and occasional off-site or after-hours work when required
Schedule
- Full-time, based on a 40-hour work week
- Alternating Saturdays required
- Overtime available and expected during peak seasons
- Must be willing to work Saturdays, occasional after-hours, and off-site as needed
Pay
Competitive hourly rate based on experience, certifications, and demonstrated skill level. Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a powersports, motorcycle, or small-engine technician (dealership or independent shop experience preferred)
- Michigan Motorcycle Mechanic certification (Master Motorcycle Mechanic) strongly preferred
- Factory certifications preferred but not required depending on work history and skill level
- Strong diagnostic ability using OEM tools, software, and service information
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (motorcycle endorsement preferred)
- Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided by the dealership)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop environment

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
