Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs through strong customer service and active listening
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services, promotions, and products
- Enroll businesses in sales orders as appropriate during interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Work with the team to hit customer acquisition and sales goals
- Learn the business in depth to build leadership abilities and grow into management
- Spot opportunities for improvement and share leadership ideas with management
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other customer-focused roles
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
